AllPro Dispatch app
Terms of Use: AllPro Dispatch
Effective October 16, 2026.
These terms are between you and AllPro Project Management LLC (“AllPro,” “we,” “us”), the publisher of the AllPro Dispatch app for iPhone (“the app”). By signing in to or using the app you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
1. Who the app is for
AllPro Dispatch is a business tool for AllPro Project Management customers and contractors, such as the crew members, managers and owners of the home-service businesses we support, including our sister company, All Pro Home Services, LLC. It is not a consumer app. You can use it only with an account that AllPro Project Management (or your company, through us) created for you. There is no public sign-up. To ask for access, contact us (see “Contact” below).
2. Your account
- Keep your password, one-time codes and unlocked iPhone private. Do not share your account or let anyone else use it.
- Tell us right away if you think someone else has used your account or your iPhone was lost.
- You are responsible for what is done with your account, except where it happens because of our mistake.
- The information you give us (name, email, phone number) must be accurate and kept up to date.
- Your company can change your role or access at any time.
3. What you may do
Use the app to do the work your company assigned you: view jobs and schedules, contact customers about those jobs, add notes and photos, send the approved “on my way” text, and record your time.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the app for anything other than your company’s work, or to look up or contact people who are not customers of a job you were given;
- copy, export or share customer or job information outside the work it was given to you for;
- upload anything unlawful, offensive, or that you do not have the right to share, or any photo that shows more than the job requires;
- send messages to customers that are false, abusive, or not related to the job;
- try to get into accounts, data or systems that are not yours, probe or test the security of the app or our servers, or interfere with how they work;
- reverse engineer, decompile or resell the app, or use automated means to access it;
- clock in or out, or enter job information, that you know is false.
5. Customer information, privacy and messages
Customer and job information in the app belongs to the business you work for. You must treat it as confidential and use it only for the job. How we handle personal information is described in our privacy policy for the app, which is part of these terms. Messages the app sends to customers on your behalf (for example an “I’m on my way” text) are sent from the business line only after you confirm the exact text. By tapping Send you confirm that the message is appropriate and that the customer may be contacted about the job. Our SMS Terms & Conditions explain how text messaging works, including how a customer can opt out.
6. Permissions on your iPhone
The app may ask for the camera, photo library, location, notifications, Face ID and Caller ID access. You can decline any of them in iPhone Settings. Some features, such as a drive-time estimate, will not work without the matching permission.
7. Content you add
Notes, photos, time entries and other content you add through the app are work records for your company. You keep your rights in them, and you give AllPro and your company permission to store, display and use them to provide the app and the services your company receives from us.
8. Ending your access; account deletion
- You can ask us to close your account at any time in the app under Settings > Delete account, or by contacting support (see “Contact” below). We close the account, remove the personal data tied to it that we are not required to keep, and confirm in writing. We keep your information for as long as your account is active and as needed for business, legal, tax and accounting purposes, then delete or anonymize it. Some records may be kept where the law requires. Job, billing and activity records that your company or we must keep for business, tax, warranty or legal reasons are kept without your sign-in.
- Your company or we may suspend or end your access at any time, for example if you break these terms, your role ends, or the account is no longer needed.
- Sections that by their nature should continue (confidentiality, content, disclaimers, limits of liability, governing law) continue after your access ends.
9. Availability and changes
The app depends on your iPhone, mobile networks and third-party services, so we do not promise that it will always be available, on time or free of errors. We may change, suspend or remove features, and may update these terms. If we make a material change we will post the new terms and the new effective date here. Using the app after a change means you accept it.
10. Disclaimers
The app is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Drive-time estimates, schedules and information imported from other systems are aids to your own judgment and may be wrong or out of date; check them before relying on them. Nothing in the app is professional, legal, safety or code-compliance advice.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, AllPro Project Management LLC, its members, employees and contractors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or business, arising from your use of or inability to use the app. Our total liability for any claim relating to the app is limited to the fees you paid us for the app in the previous 12 months. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you in full. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
12. Apple
These terms are between you and AllPro, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide support or maintenance for the app and is not responsible for any claim about it. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you. If you use the app on an Apple device you must also follow the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any claim about these terms or the app must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Middlesex County, Massachusetts.
14. General
If part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies. If we do not enforce a term, that is not a waiver of it. You may not transfer your rights under these terms; we may transfer ours as part of a sale or reorganization of the business. These terms and the privacy policy are the whole agreement between you and us about the app.
