AllPro Project Management LLC ("AllPro," "we," "us") provides property management, construction and home-service work in Massachusetts. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and who we share it with. It applies to our website, allproprojectmanagement.com, and to our phone calls, emails and text messages.

What personal information we collect

Contact details: name, phone number, email address and property or service address.
Service details: the work requested, appointment times, photos, notes and messages you send us.
Text message records: your mobile number, your SMS opt-in or opt-out status and the date it was given, and the messages exchanged with us.
Website information: form submissions and basic technical data such as browser type and pages visited. Optional analytics or advertising cookies are used only if you allow them.

How we use personal information

To respond to requests and provide quotes, service, repairs and property management.
To schedule, confirm and remind you of appointments, and to send job updates and account notices.
To reply to your questions by phone, email or text message.
To keep records needed for billing, warranties, legal and tax purposes.

Who we share personal information with

We do not sell or rent personal information. We share it only as needed to do the work you asked for:

Service providers who run our systems for us, such as our phone and texting provider, email provider and web hosting. They may use it only to provide those services to us.
The party that assigned the job, when you are served through a home warranty company or a property owner or manager, limited to the details of that job.
Government agencies or others when required by law, such as for permits or a valid legal request.

Text messaging (SMS) privacy

SMS consent is not shared with third parties or affiliates. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in data are used only to send the messages you agreed to receive. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except service providers that deliver our messages.

How we protect and keep information

We keep personal information on secured systems with limited access, and keep it only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law.

We may update this policy. The effective date above shows the latest version.
